There’s a young religious community of women founded in Argentina that is starting to grow–and that includes here in the U.S. It was founded in 1988. The community is the Sister Servants of the Lord and of the Virgin of Matera. Their website is currently only in Spanish, but even if you know little Spanish, it is quite easy to navigate through.
Another exciting young order of religious sisters is the Capuchin Sisters of Nazareth in the Diocese of Scranton, PA. Info about them can be found at http://www.medugorje.com/sisters/ I know them personally, as they’ve done some wonderful work with young people in our area. They really exude the joy of loving the Lord!
